Virat Kohli, the run machine, the G.O.A.T, the record maker has scored his 29th test century against West Indies at Queen’s Park Oval. Coming to bat on the second day of the second test, Kohli laid a cover drive to notch up his 1st century out of India after 5 years.
This is Kohli’s 500th international match, and what a way to celebrate this milestone.

Virat Kohli came to bat after India lost Shubhman Gill on day 1 and India was 139/3 at one point. After this, he make short partnerships with Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane while he got a long-term partner in Ravindra Jadeja to take India forward. In pursuit, Jadeja too scored his 19th fifty.
Virat Kohli – Century was on the Cards
Since his comeback century against Afghanistan in the Asia Cup 2022 in September where he went all guns blazing and make 122 out of 60 odd deliveries. Virat Kohli has been on a run-making spree. After the Asia Cup, he scored a once-in-a-lifetime innings against Pakistan in the T20 world cup and took India home, followed by his 72nd century against Bangladesh in the ODI, 73rd against Sri Lanka in ODI and now the 74th century against West Indies. This innings of King Kohli was long due as he is being in sublime touch.
Indian on the other hand looks to dominate the Queen’s Park Oval Test against West Indies and are in a solid position. Till the publishing of this news, India were cruising at 336/4 in 97 overs with Kohli not out on 119 and Jadeja on 53.
